Giving circles have emerged over the last decade as a growing and significant philanthropic trend among donors of all wealth levels and backgrounds. A new report, "The Impact of Giving Together", finds that donors in giving circles give more, give more strategically, and are more engaged in their local communities - May 14, 2009
Welcome to the GivingCircleConnector Website!
GivingCircleConnector is designed to provide information specifically for donors of existing giving circles in the Greater Baltimore/Washington region, and aims to catalyze:
* A more cohesive regional giving circle network
* The formation of new relationships that will allow for the growth of the network
* A continuation of the dialogue started at the June 2007 Workshop, particularly as it relates to the similar issues and challenges giving circles are facing, and
* New ideas for circle donors to explore in their region
